    Go to “Post Resume” for resume posting
    Select the wanted consultant and submit your resume
  • 02. phone call with
    your selected consultant

    Responsible consultant will make a call to an applicant when matching position is available for recommendation
  • 03. Interview with GoodCareer

    If the applicant wants to apply for the available open position, face-to-face interview with the responsible consultant shall be scheduled through phone call
  • 04. Recommendation to Client

    As a result of the interview, the consultant will submit the resume of the applicant, if appropriate for the position, to the client company
  • 05. Client Interview

    Upon approval for client interview, the interview will be arranged according to the client recruiting process
  • 06. Recruitment Decision

    Recruitment decision will be made if the interview approved applicant agrees to the employment conditions
  • 07. Entering the client company

    The approved applicant will start the position on the agreed date with the client company
  • 08. After admission management

    GoodCareer shall provide the support for the applicant to successfully get accustomed to the new environment and to work out the requested performance
